Contributed Abstracts for posters: required details for submission 

Abstracts for poster presentations are accepted. They need to adhere to the broad theme of the conference. Posters will be displayed for two days and special sessions dedicated to posters will allow in-depth discussion between authors and attendees.

Please adhere to the following guidelines while preparing your abstract for a poster presentation:

Poster presentation:

• Individuals are limited to presenting only one oral or poster presentation. If your name appears on more than one presentation, make sure you are listed as the presenter for only one of them.
• The abstract should include new information and not the ones that have been presented at previous meetings or similar conferences.
• The abstract should include specific information about the results and conclusions of the research. Abstracts that state "results will be discussed" will not be accepted.
• The abstract should have a clear connection to canopy science.
• Please submit the proposal by using the “online abstract submission form” under the “Submission” button of the website. Please also submit the proposal as a jpeg or bit map image
• Approved posters will be displayed on a fixed size board installed by the organizers. Please prepare your posters to fit the standard A0 size (841 × 1189 millimeters or 33.1 × 46.8 inches)

Abstract review process: In line with the organizing committee’s commitment to high quality science, abstracts will be submitted to a stringent review process. Through this process, submitted abstracts will either be allocated to contributed talks, poster presentations or rejected.
